Privacy policy

This site only collects what you choose to give it. When you fill out a form, such as the contact form or a free guide sign-up, it collects:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• Your message, and the answers to any extra questions on that form

If you give a phone number and agree to receive text messages, the site records that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.

The site also records which ad or link brought you here (for example, a campaign name), but not your browsing history. Like every website, its hosting keeps standard technical logs.

Visitor tracking. This site uses the visitor tracking tool that comes with my CRM (the Mashore Method CRM, which runs on GoHighLevel and its LeadConnector service). It sets a cookie and stores a small record in your browser so it can recognize a return visit, and it records which pages of this site you view. When you submit a form here, it also sends that form's answers to my CRM (never passwords), which connects your visits to your contact record so I know what you were reading about. This site does not use advertising pixels.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works the same without them.

I use your information to answer your question and to help you buy or sell a home. If you fill out a form, you may also receive follow-up emails, text messages and Grand County market insights from me.

I never sell your information. I don't share it with a lender, another agent or anyone else unless you've given me permission first.

You're always in control:

• Stop texts: reply STOP to any text.
• Stop emails: reply to any email with "remove me from your contact list."
• See, correct or delete your information: email me and I'll take care of it.
